WHY I BUILT THIS

My first job as a therapist ended in 11 months.

Because I failed to meet their KPI.

My KPI was to generate a daily revenue of $500.

Behind the facade of altruism, the healthcare industry is fiercely profit-motivated.

To meet the revenue target...

That meant rushing through patients like transactions.

No connection. No care.

That wasn’t what I signed up for.

I entered the profession because I care for people.

So I ignored the KPI and focused on patient care.

Many patients loved me.

Some even wanted to keep in touch after discharge.

But it wasn't enough to keep my job.

I left fulfilled. I know I’ve positively impacted lives.

9 years later, I gave up my therapist license.

I completely left the healthcare industry.

I felt misaligned.

By then, I’ve already won awards in service quality and quality improvement.

It’s time I started my own business.

But I had no knowledge of business, sales, and marketing.

I bought countless courses, software...

Attended many coaching programs, marketing events, high-level masterminds...

To learn the fundamentals of how marketing works.

After spending multiple tens of thousands of dollars...

A pattern emerged.

Most of them overpromised and sold a dream... But underdelivered.

Many only cared about the money.

They didn't care about the customer & client experience.

What’s clearly missing in most is integrity.

I’ve even met two-faced mentors who changed their attitude after getting paid.
