How It Works

Booking is simple:

(A) — Intake Questionnaire
Once you click the orange button below, you’ll complete a short form so I can understand your business and your retention challenges.

(B) — Confirm With Payment
Your USD 100 refundable deposit reserves your spot and signals your commitment to the process. Your money will be returned to you in the following situations: 1) If I find we're not a good fit after reading your answers to the questionnaire. 2) When you turn up on time for your appointment.

The deposit will be forfeited if you're absent or if you arrive >15 minutes late. No make-up time will be provided.

(C) — Choose Your Date
You’ll get instant access to my calendar to book a time that works for you.

We'll meet in at least two weeks from today. It gives us both the time to prepare. During that time, you’ll receive pre-call communication via email to help you reflect, focus, and arrive at the session ready to make meaningful progress.

(D) — Show Up On Time

Be punctual for our meeting. Your USD 100 will be returned to you if you show up on time. It can also be used to offset the fees if you decide to enroll in our higher-level programs and continue working together.

Should you fail to show up, or turn up late for >15 minutes... The USD 100 will be forfeited. Lost time will NOT be made up. Given the level of preparation required, rescheduling is discouraged. In case you're unable to confirm your schedule when booking, then DO NOT book a slot.
